Hosting and server log files

Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, message and any details you provide voluntarily, e.g. about your business or POS system) in order to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry aims at a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the details once the enquiry has been fully answered and no retention obligations apply.

Appointment booking via Calendly
On the contact page we link to an online appointment booking by the service Calendly (a provider based in the USA). Merely visiting our website does not transfer any data to Calendly. Only when you click the link does the booking page at Calendly open; Calendly then processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser details) and – if you book – the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, requested time, free text).
We receive the booking data in order to carry out the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Use is voluntary; alternatives are the enquiry form and email.
