Less manual work. Numbers you understand.

Many small businesses have more data than they think – spread across spreadsheets, emails and individual programs. We help turn it into understandable analyses and automate recurring tasks. We start with what is already there.

Sound familiar?

Typical starting points

  • Key figures are pulled together by hand from several spreadsheets every month.
  • The same details are transferred into two or three programs.
  • Enquiries, orders or appointments are spread across email, phone and slips of paper.
  • You would like to decide based on numbers, but the analysis is too laborious.

Building blocks

What can be part of it

Not every project needs every building block. We decide together in the first conversation which ones make sense.

  • Stocktake

Together we look at which data lives where, who uses it and where time is lost. The result is a short, understandable overview with sensible first steps – not an extensive concept.

  • Analyses and dashboards

We prepare your data so that the figures you actually need are visible at a glance – for example enquiries per month, open orders or revenue by service. A few meaningful key figures rather than an overloaded dashboard.

  • Automated workflows

Recurring tasks can often be automated: enquiries land directly in a list, data is transferred between programs, notifications reach the right person – with traceable rules and clear responsibility.

  • Small web tools

Where standard software does not fit, we build lean internal applications, such as a simple entry form or an overview for your team. As small as possible, as comprehensive as necessary.

  • Data from shop and till

If you sell online and in store, analyses can bring both sides together – provided the data is accessible. What is possible shows in the assessment of your POS system.

  • AI – where it really helps

Artificial intelligence can support some tasks, such as sorting enquiries or summarising documents. We soberly check whether benefit, effort and risks add up, and plan human oversight from the start.

What it can look like

Example scenario: A service provider with monthly spreadsheet work

A made-up, typical example for illustration – not a client project.

Starting point
At month end, figures from an accounting export, a calendar and a job list are copied into a spreadsheet by hand. It takes time and is error-prone.
Goal
The key figures should be available up to date and traceable without copying.
Possible approach
The existing exports are read in automatically, cleaned and shown in a simple overview the team can access.

Outcome

What you have in hand at the end

Typical scope – we agree the exact scope in writing beforehand.

  • A short overview of your data and workflows with recommendations
  • A running solution – for example a dashboard or an automated workflow
  • Understandable documentation: what happens when and why
  • Training for the people who will work with it

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to buy new software for this?

Not necessarily. Often a lot can be achieved with the programs you already use. If an additional tool makes sense, we explain costs and alternatives before you decide.

Our data is quite messy. Is that a problem?

That is the normal case. Part of the work is cleaning data and setting rules so it is captured properly in future.

What happens to sensitive data?

We work only with the data needed for the task and discuss beforehand where it is stored and processed. If personal data is involved, a data processing agreement is part of the deal.

You will find more answers in the general questions.

Which workflow needlessly costs you time every week?

A short description is enough. We reply by email and suggest a time for a first conversation.
